Speaking Engagements
With vast investigative experience, Marianne has expertise in the investigation and prosecution of No Body Homicides. She offers presentations, classes, and consults on these difficult cases which usually start as missing persons cases thus affording the suspect a head start. The absence of the victim’s body is an additional hurdle for law enforcement—often resulting in the case going cold, leaving families in limbo and a killer free because he erased his victim.

“I have been a deputy prosecuting attorney for almost 30 years, have done over 100 trials, including 20+ homicide trials of all crimes/degrees. I have also been going to seminars like this one for that same amount of time. Marianne is one of the most impressive detectives and presenters that I have ever had the pleasure of listening to and learning from. In addition to her presentation skills, the actions she took as a detective in the Zapata case are just impressive, really impressive. I will be a better prosecutor for the few years I have left because of listening to her describe her work.”
